Enable WiFi not working

I've created a macro to fire when it detects the notification "vodafone wifi calling".

It detects the vodafone message and enables airplane as expected. However, the enable wifi action isn't working. I've installed the helper and changed macrodroid to my assistant app as well as remove battery optimisation for macrodroid.

I have poor cell signal at home. The purpose of this macro is to switch to airplane mode when it detects the ims vodafone message. Once in airplane mode I want to re enable wifi to get wifi calling. The reason I'm using the IMS vodafone notification as a trigger and not location or wifi state is because I have a non rooted phone.

Thanks

It cannot enable WiFi if airplane mode is on. That's Google's fault not MacroDroid
It can and does using the ui click command. The problem I'm having now is I can't get it to switch location off using ui clicks. So strange as I did actually have it all working. I even managed to get it to unlock my phone with a pin and then relock after running the macro
