Hello,
There are Apps like Gravity Screen or OPlifttowake which turn the Screen on when took in the hand. In Android 10 Face Unlock was triggered automatically and the device was unlocked without pressing any Button or Screen. In Android 11 this is not more like this. This is why I would like to do this by Macrodroid, but I do not achieve.

Has anyone an idea how to do this with an unrooted device (Oneplus 8 Pro? Or does anyone knows intend has to be done?
I would like to trigger the Face Unlock function when the Screen.

Depending on your phone, you may have a raise to wake gesture in Android 11. I have an Oppo and previously a Samsung and both these have it.
On my Oppo there is a system setting to enable/ disable it. She the attached macro.
With it enabled, the phone is unlocked by face unlock before I'm ready to use it. Oppo face unlock is very fast and works in dim light without needing to brighten the screen.
I use raise to wake at home and disable it when I'm away from home, when my phone could be in my pocket or backpack.

I've just looked on the net and from what I could find OnePlus phones may not have a raise to wake gesture.
On Samsung I think it's called lift to wake.
I think it's worth searching settings on your OP 8 Pro for wake. Unfortunately if it's not present in the phone settings, then it's not available.
I've owned a few OnePlus and Samsung phones but always found the fingerprint and face unlocking frustrating to use...the fingerprint would work most times but the face unlock wouldn't work in low ambient light.
The Oppos fingerprint and face unlock work first time every time. A joy to use.
