For now you could achieve it combining modes and routines samsung's app and macrodroid.
You create routine to show notification when spen button is pressed/double pressed/pressed and held or any air action is performed.
Then you create macro - notification recieved from modes and routines app to clear this notification and perform any actions you want through macrodroid at that point.

But it doesn't show the notification
Then after 10 minutes it shows ton of notifications
Any idea how to fix this ?

Thats unexpected. Its modes and routines thats responsible for showing notifications so I would expect it to work flawlessly.
After some tests (without creating macro to clear notification yet) it was showing notification only when there wasn't any from modes routines already. I couldn't really recreate the issue. Will try to investigate it a little bit but I can't promise anything
