Google message notification not read

Hi,

I want to read the sender of a text message (I use Google message app), but when I get several messages it doesn't work : whatever parameter I use, it never report the correct field of the notification. See the pictures attached.

Any thing I can do?

this usually happens when the notification is treated by the system as a group of notifications, this "group" has no metadata to be read by the app, as happens when a single notification is received. I don't think I can read it.
