How to continuously play a sound when an email arrives with a specific subject, even if on DND mode?

Hi,
I wish to play a notification around continuously when I get an email with a specific subject, even if I'm on DND mode.
So far I've managed to play a sound once, but it doesn't work in DND mode.
My trigger is notification received (Gmail) with the specific subject.
My action is play sound
However, the skins only plays once. Also, during DND, notifications are suppressed so I don't think the trigger works.
How do I fix this?

First, if your mobile has exception handling feature, MD could override your notifications sounds settings during DND mode.
So, your MD macro can sound same as normal conditions.

Thanks. I have a Pixel 4 XL. How do I select from the default Pixel notification sounds/alarms? The list that comes up when I add the "Play" action is limited, and even if I select "[Choose File], I don't see all notification sounds/alarms.

These sound files are located on different directories in each device. You can find them to fill the words like .ogg .aac or .wav on the top search box of your file manager app such as Files.
