How to launch voice command when a Bluetooth device connects?

Hi, I'm looking for a way to launch a voice command when my phone connects to my car Bluetooth. I have a routine on Google and Alexa and I want make it start every time it connects to car. Is it possible? I have pro version.

Sorry but it's not entirely clear exactly what you want to do here, do you want to be prompted with to say a voice command or do you simply want to run some preconfigured commands from Alexa and/or Google assistant?

I want it starts a Alexa/Google assistant routine automatically when my phone connects to my car Bluetooth.
I'm already able to activate rotation when I connect to my car.
