I was n the Macrodroid APP on my Android Forum and I noticed there are some cool Templates section where people have put certain Macros, but I am wondering how how to install it and use it ? Are they supposed to be downloaded and used ? or they are there just for reference and you have to make it yourself ? Can anyone please help me with this ?

Thanks !

You can download/install them by simply opning them and pressing the white circle with the + sign at the bottom right corner.

I hit the little white circle and it let me know user configuration is may still be needed. I said that's cool and the prompt went away. There are no macros listed in my macros section. If I hit the white circle again it says I already have a macro by the same name.

So where is it?

It's saved in the original Category it was created which could be different from yours.

Make a name search in the search field on the top of the page to find it for sure.

Yeah, that's correct
I have thoug experienced that if you are trying to run a macro or action and then click back, it ask for discard or save
If you choose save, it sometimes end up in the phones download folder

My list was indeed favorites enabled. I clicked it off and voila! My macro's appeared.

So what exactly is the deal with the favorite enabled thing? What's it's function?

Thank you all for your responses. I really like how supportive peeps are up in here.

You can mark selected macros as favourites, so that by using the favourites filter, they are easier to find.

In a future update I will try and make it a little clearer that favourites is selected to try and avoid this sort of confusion as this does catch a few users out.

I`m not quite able to make a cyclic macro. For example, to click in one place, I have it executed only once when I run the macro I made. In all other respects the app is completely satisfied. If you make your own macros, you probably can't count on a huge success... Narrowly specialized scripts are unlikely to get the necessary number of likes, and the most general templates are already firmly entrenched at the top of the rankings. Speaking of templates, I really like the resource Okslides. Btw, it takes time to understand how a particular macro affects the battery. In addition, firmware features and specific smartphone settings may be incompatible with the trigger or event.
