Include Text to Speech in a phone call

Hello, using "Floating Point" as a trigger we create a TTS message on my Android Huawei phone.

If we activate the trigger during a phone call, how do we include the TTS message in the conversation?

Our Macrodroid settings are
Trigger - Floating Button
Actions - If Confirmed Then
Speak Text 'Message I want to send'
End If

We have set "Spoken Text Audio Stream" and "Play Sound Audio Stream" to "Notification"

The speech text works but is not included in the telephone conversation.

We want this because I have a stutter and in Queue Calling situations I am so slow in getting my words out that the operator moves onto the next caller!

If the volume is loud enough it should be picked up by the microphone. Make sure you use a channel with a loud enough volume (you can adjust volumes with the set volume action).
