Hi Administration,
I recently backed up a file on Macrodroid cloud backup ....due to some issues i uninstalled Macrodroid and reinstalled it today, I have lost all my macros and data...it took me a lot of time to setup all that. I backed up my data in the recent cloud backup file but currently I couldn't access it. Kindly help me by providing that file on my email. You can send me that file on my account email which I used in cloud upload.

I don't understand! On which cloud did you back up your backups? Unless I'm mistaken, you are the only one who can access your personal cloud.

Normally, you should have a folder named "macrodroid," but the location is up to you. The easiest way would be to search for "macrodroid" or ".mdr" using your file manager to find the backup.

What problem do you have for not being able to access your backup in the cloud?

Use some file explorer

Then I located the folder called "Android" > Data > com.arlosoft.macrodroid > files

Hopefully there you should find some .MDR that you can restore (check the date) otherwise you might find a folder called "automatic backup" and there you should find several, check which one is the latest and you can import it.

There was a temporary issue with sign in to the template store (when using email option). This was caused by some change recommended by Google that I made to my backend. I have now reverted this change and it should all be working ok now.
