macro for screen off when in call

Before writing a macro myself- maybe someone did it already :)

In some devices (mine: Xiaomi poco F3) the proximity sensor sometimes let the screen go on when I'm in a phone call (and than funny things might happen...)

Is there a macro that keeps the screen off while in a call and the device is near my ear?
Other ideas?
