Macro to automatically forward text and images from telegram to WhatsApp

Does anyone know how to setup a macro to automatically forward to WhatsApp any text and images as soon as they are received in a Telegram message?

Sorry but it's not possible to send messages to WhatsApp as they deliberately do not provide any API or SDK for apps to communicate via WhatsApp.

Does anyone know how to setup a macro to automatically forward to WhatsApp any text and images as soon as they are received in a Telegram message?

For short text messages, the only way could be to send notifications generated by Telegram (if any) to Whatsapp using UI interaction.
