Macro to stop sound?

I created a macro to clear crazy Apple notifications when someone likes or dislikes a post. That works great, but I still get the notification sound for the post. I hope that makes sense. How can I stop it from dinging?

I doubt MacroDroid can fully block a notification from making a sound, but at best you can try setting the notification volume to 0 after the notification is received and then restore the previous notification volume.

EDIT: As @Dm114 states it's possible that the app has a notification category for liked and disliked post that you can customize in system notification settings.
