MacroDroid quick tile not named properly

I've set up MacroDroid on my new tablet (Lenovo Xiaoxin Pad Pro 12.7') and for some reason the MD quick tiles just aren't updating their names to the actual names that I've given them. They're named Macrodroid tile 1, tile 2, etc.

Normally, I would fix this by going to MD -> quick tiles and then toggle the tiles on and off. If that fails, I'll just remove the MD quick tiles from the quick tiles menu and then add them back again. If that still fails, I'll just restart the phone. I've never really had a problem with this on like 6 devices that I've got MacroDroid running on, but on this one it just doesn't seem to update the names at all.

Any ideas what I could do? The functionality of the tiles themselves work fine, just the name isn't updated.

My tablet is running on ZUI 15, Android 13. It's a stock ROM.

I can't recreate this problem on any device I have tried I'm afraid and I don't know what could be the cause to be honest.

I've encountered this issue as well, and I believe it only exists within specific operating systems.

On my old phone, running the OriginOS1 (Android11) system, I had to restart the device to change the patterns and names of the tiles. However, when I switched to a new phone with the latest OriginOS4 (Android14) system, the problem disappeared.
