Mobile data doesn't turno on/off when no wifi connected

Hi all!
I have a simple macro (attached) to turn on/off mobile data whether wifi is on/off or connected/disconnected to a couple of predefined networks.
The macro is working only when i turn on/off wifi, but isn't working when wifi is on but not connected to any network.

Any idea on how to solve?

I'm running macrodroid on Oneplus 9 Pro with Android 12

It won't work because the condition to activate mobile data are "and" and not "or". Change it like that :
