More features for Floating Text

1. To be able to set Variable and execute action block when pressed or long pressed.
2. Add a function to prevent dragging.
3. Position (x,y) can be set using variable.
4. Can detect Current orientation (Portrait and Landscape.)

Position (x,y) can be set using variable.

This will be added.

That all seems quite reasonable, I will try and get this into the v5.39 release.
