New phone issues

Hi there, I just got a new phone and I'm transferring all my data.

- I thought I could rely on Macrodroid cloud backup for all my macros, but apparently I can't get it to work. If I try to login on the new phone from the cloud backup screen, I select "sign in with email", enter my email, and then it asks for my name and last name and "new" password? Whatever I try it always says "registration unsuccessful", I guess because my accound already exists and I don't want to make a new registration, but login instead. While doing these attempts I think I also overwrote my password from my password manager, so I think I lost my password account. Where is a proper account management screen where I can login and eventually recover my password and restore my macros on the new phone?

- Installing the macrodroid helper external app says "app not installed as app isn't compatible with your phone". It's an Samsung Galaxy S24.

Thanks for your support

That's a bummer, I can only use adb? What if I don't have a computer available? Also, my previous phone was on Android 14 as well, why I didn't have such a problem?

I will write to the email support about the login issue. Thanks
1) If you don't have a PC since android 11+ you can grant ADB permissions with ADB WIFI from a terminal app.
2 ) You probably came from a lower version (and it was already installed, if your upgrade was incremental that's why you didn't have this problem because the application wasn't re-installed).
3) It's ok to write an email to the dev, if your problem is at server level he is the only one who can support you.

I used ADB without a computer and I was able to install MD Helper. Thank you for your help 👍🏻
