Problem using variables

I'm making a notification action block that takes the notification title, text, and button text as variables. It uses the variables no problem for the title and text, but not the buttons.

Below is a screenshot showing the button configuration. The label text is {lv=btnLabel}. Unfortunately, instead of using the variable, it displays {lv=btnLabel}.



How can I make it use the variable?

This looks like that MacroDroid simply isn't handling this correct and applying the magic text to the button label.

This should be fixed in v5.27.7 which is just starting a staged rollout to production now.
