first I would like to apologize if this is the wrong way to upload something. I am new and inexperienced but I am willing to learn.
I created a macro here and would like an experienced opinion on it. I think turning it off works, but I don't think turning it on works. Can someone help me.

Both IFs are always executed because the same time is present in both.
When you want to execute the 06:00 one you put 06:00-06:05 as the clause, in the other one you put 23:00-23:05
