S10e Android 11 Wifi disable or toggle

Since my update to Android 11, I can no longer disable or toggle wifi. I'm running MD Helper 1.5. The helper gets the request per the log, but seems to do nothing except maybe disconnect wifi (but leave it enabled) when disable wifi is selected or disables and reenables wifi when on toggle wifi. I'm not sure if this has to do with the setting to automatically enable wifi when near a trusted wifi source. I've enabled the adb permissions for both Macrodroid and MD Helper.

Can you post a ss of the MD Helper log? (not the regular MD log). You can get to it by opening the MD Helper app. See attached SS. Tks.

Make sure you have granted MD Helper location permission. It needs to be set to on all the time.
I would temporarily disable the setting enable wi-fi near a trusted source. Try a simple macro that just toggles wi-fi to see if MD is controlling wi-fi setting.
