The triggers seems to be just called when Google detector service determine you are awake or asleep, same as Digital wellbeing app. It might be good option for a guy, no driving, no biking
However, the detailed activities though mobile apps are important to investigate for somebody's daily life, so both triggers no make sense at all for me

Anyway, I'm testing like you
It wound be called every 6 to 10 minutes internally and shows me a new log record every 20 minutes or so. I'm not sure the triggers fire but it has the relation with sleep API and/or Activity recognition as MD system log.
