Hi, @MacroDroidDev,

Thank you for giving us a view on an agenda you find difficult to answer.

and ALL,
Thank you for taking part in this discussion.

I think @Endercraft is right that adding a new thread is unnecessary, but I just received a response from @MacroDroidDev via conversation that he is fine with the #20 suggestion.

If there is no problem, I would like to call it resolved.

Best Regards,
Liner Seven

Just a random idea but what about that macrodroid discord server we have?
Correct me if I am wrong but there is not too much going on. So maybe a little space there? It should be easy to create some announcment kinda thing that has to be accepted when joining that informs about these paid services and explaining the risk.
Whats more you can speak with someone right away and you guys would still have some kind of control over whats happening there

I'd rather do macros for people for free. Discord is sparse at the moment but I think people prefer the forum or Reddit, WhatsApp and Telegram groups or discord isn't well known

Hi, @hsurB,

Thank you for your great idea,
Discode may be a good tool, but we think it is unnecessary to have a category in the official forum Discode.
As a matter of fact, @MacroDroidDev says: "Do it outside the forum."This means that we are talking about.

I think people asking for money or offering to pay have been frowned upon in the forum too. Also means Jamie misses out on some money.
Hi, @Jacob L ,

I share your concern.

For,
'Flush' the exchange out of the forum,
make the money collection your own responsibility.
Jamie may lose a little profit as a result, but at the same time he is freed from the mental burden and can concentrate on coding.

If there was concern that the tools of the trade would be out of date, people who get money from the by-products would donate additional money to Macrodroid.

I have also made an additional donation to Jamie as it has taken up a lot of his time.

I think it is good that such a cycle is created.

Summary;

/* Three tips on money topics in this forum */

1. Don't talk about anything involving money in the forum!
2. Don't restrict money-related interactions, but please do it where there is a proper infrastructure.
3. self-responsibility when money is involved.

1. It would be worth pointing out that this does not apply if the topic is about the Pro version of MacroDroid or donations to Jamie, IMHO
