I would like to know how to create a function within MacroDroid for him to create an account on Telegram, He takes the contact in a certain folder in sequence and register the account and after receiving a notification he takes the SMS confirms the account and puts the name in the profile and ready

I'm pretty sure this goes against a lot of policies in place... Macrodroid shouldn't be used in such malicious behavior. It's to automate, not to spam.
