Toggle WiFi on failure

I currently have a macro to send a text every 15 mins (trying to troubleshoot a network issue). How do I set up the macro to toggle wifi off and back on, if the text fails to send?

If you get notification that it failed to send sms, you could use notification received trigger.
I am not sure if there is other(better) alternative - but you could also launch app and read screen or check text on screen to confirm if it was sent.

I do not get a notification but the system log in MacroDroid shows a "Send SMS failed" result.

Try macrodroid system log entry as trigger then
