I have a trigger based on a Push Notification and Action to start a Reolink app for the doorbell camera. The system log shows that the trigger is received and the Action started but no Reolink app is activated if the screen is locked. If the screen is not locked, the Reolink app starts just fine.I have a Galaxy S20 with Android 13 and macrodroid latest version.Does anyone have any suggestions?Thanks in advance.

It may be because.. Your screen is locked ! The apps cannot launch because the device is locked. The way MacroDroid opens the app (by showing an overlay on screen if I remember correctly) also influences the action.
What you can do is add actions like UI Interaction to automatically unlock the device, then open the app then lock the screen by using screen off.

I have a Galaxy S23. I don't have the reolink app installed. However, I have a similar app called x-sense.
I have tested via a simple macro that waits 20 sec after screen turned off before launching x-sense app. On running the macro and unlocking the phone after 1 minute, the screen shows the x-sense app.
So on my phone the launch app action runs when the phoned is locked.
Would it be possible to provide a screenshot of your macro?
