Sorry this is not something that is possible because MacroDroid cannot set settings that are private to another app. The only way it would be achievable would be to use a series of UI Interaction actions to automate UI clicks which is unlikely to be useful in most cases.

Maybe there is an intent? Maybe not but worth a look. Is there not a quick toggle in the menu?
