I have a byd car with d'link's Android 10 system, I don't have the option in the car settings to turn off disable the battery saver app can run, that's why it doesn't work in the background, is there a solution?
I have no specific knowledge I'm afraid as it's likely to be a very heavily customized Android build and maybe it intentionally prevents background apps from running?
