I wish a trigger for a UI interaction that when I press a certain area on the phone, you can display a dialog box beforehand and before confirmation the phone freezes.

What do you mean? Is it if you tap on anywhere on the screen to trigger your macro?

The only way to do that is in MD to use MacroDroid Floating button
