As it's not possible to detect a vibration, don't you get a notification together with the vibration? If so, use the 'Notification' trigger instead.

I play a game and i want when game vibrate then touch a point

As stated there is no event broadcast when the device vibrates therefore it's not possible to trigger off this happening I'm afraid.
