Auto voice phone answer

Hello!
There is posibile to make one macro to he abble to speake automaticly one record fraze when answer the phone and after to continue the phone call?
I want to make the phone to say "hello you call here" every time i answer and after to talk normal whith orher persone!
I try by media but it will only play the recording în my phone when answer regardless type control selectead (media/alarm/system/voice call)!

This is impossible! No application can interfere even before picking up the call, the only one is the answering machine

The only way is to root your device or use a calling app that supports it.
