Calling with a voip app

I'm helping my dad who is blind. I would like him to be able to make an international phonecall through a voip app called Zoiper.
There is no sim card so wifi only. If I use the android native phone app, set to use Zoiper for all calls, it will still ask me what acct to use. The empty sim or the voip acct.
And that is the problem, he can't select the acct because he can't see.
He also uses Google Assistant for everything.
Is there a way to use Macrodroid to select Zoiper to make the call?
I tried for a few days now but I'm stuck...
Your help is appreciated :)

Try UI Interaction.

Just to expand a little.

You can use the UI Interaction action to fake a press on the option in the account options. You may need to add wait before next to ensure you allow time for the UI to appear etc but hopefully you can find some setting that works reliably.

It also might be worth a look at the Contact via app action. It very much depends on how Zoiper is implemented but there is a chance it might do what you want.
