Different Bugs? ("Send intent browser instance decision" and "Close/kill apps"

Hi Guys, I hope you can help me.

Issue 1:
I'm trying to open a browser (then a website) with send intent. Sometimes the browser icon pops up at the bottom for me to decide which one to start (both icons are the same), also a click on "remember decision" doesn't help.

Issue 2:
I tried every function there is to close the browser, but that unfortunately also doesn't work. Nothing happens.

I'm using a rooted Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro. MIUI 12.5.6. Android 11 RP1A.200720.011
I couldn't find anything in google concerning this topic.

If you are using send intent you can probably force a particular browser to be used by setting the package field.

For example to use Chrome set the package to: com.android.chrome

Thank you for your response. Already did that. Opening works but I get a system "alert" where I must choose the an instance of a browser.
