Having an issue with screen time out for specific game

I've tried multiple triggers, but I also don't want it draining my battery and or plugging up the notification.
Here's my attempt...

The trigger probably won't trigger because this is in a game (so not real text).

Also, the constraint for the 30 seconds timeout doesn't make sense unless you have a second trigger.

How can I make this one trigger? Something broke my phone or the game recently that won't keep screen on
