Homescreen shortcut permission

Hello, I got a new phone, a honor magic 5 lite with android 12

I can't add a shortcut to the homescreen, it says it need a permission but I can't read the full text, did someone knew which permission or option I need to activate or turn on?

I know of this permission but it's MIUI specific. However you should have this permissions anyway in MacroDroid's app settings (not directly in the app).

I didn't find the option, but the button widget will work
