Idk what's happening as I've rooted my phone and already given the root permission but still it's giving me this why I need to use adb command also none of triggers were working too even the accessibility is turned on means in other words the full macrodroid is not working properly as I have the Play Store version+pro version.
Device:poco x5 pro
Rom:-Divineui typeof(hyperos)

If you are rooted you don't need adb, MacroDroid doesn't use root for most things even if you grant it. Just allow the permissions it requires using adb or root shell

It sounds like your phone doesn't like apps to be running in the background which is par for the course with Xiaomi devices! I don't know exact specifics for this particular phone but please look at general guidance at dontkillmyapp.com and disable any kind of battery optimisation that might be set on MacroDroid.

Checked and allowed everything as said in the above too please check this screenshot which might help you to find the issue

Did you try enabling macrodroid via the switch on the home screen.
It's showing turning on but still not working but I found that application launched and some triggers are working well but some triggers not like notification received and many I have highlighted in the above messages. The main thing is that all the permissions are showing turned on but still the macrodroid is not working

Welcome to the club! I'm facing a similar problem since 2021. I don't remember how, but I resolved that first time, but in the end of last year this happened again and I couldn't find a solution.
And it's getting worse, Macrodroid doesn't even open anymore on my old Moto G3 Android 6.0 that is the phone I need to use the app. Macrodroid freezes in the starting screen, showing the app logo.
The weird thing is that Automate still working fine, doing some functions that Macrodroid can't do anymore in my phone. Unfortunately, Automate can't be the perfect substitute because he lacks some functions to make what some of my Macrodroid macros did. To be honest, Automate to me was more like a supporter app to Macrodroid, because he got some functions that Macrodroid don't have, and vice versa.

Make sure to launch the app from something that is not a shortcut.
The problem persists. I think that can be a update problem, the 5.8.15 version don't have this problem, but some versions released after that one does.
Still a weird thing, because before 2021 all versions were working. And normally when something changes in a app that makes him not work on older Android versions, they simply disappear the install option on Play Store, but Macrodroid still there like everything is fine.
I even thought about use a custom ROM with a more recent Android version, but tbh this is a job I haven't want to do.
Sorry the bad English, I'm not a fluent speaker.

@EduFernandes MacroDroid still works from Android 5 and onwards but of course there can be specific bugs that only apply to certain OS versions and these days Android 5 and 6 are getting to be a very small percentage of my userbase so I don't regularly test against them. The most likely cause is you are using some rarely used feature that causes an issue on Android 6 but if it's not reported then I won't know about it. Please share the macro set that causes this problem to support@macrodroid.com (and link to this thread or just mention the issue is related to android 6) and I will take a look and try to recreate and fix if possible,

OK, I will try to do this. I say try because now I'm facing this problem of the app don't open anymore, but I will test version to version until see which one start to give problems, for now I know that 5.8.15 is working, apparently even the macros don't have problems, but I need to test this yet.
And I think is something related to hotspot function, and maybe plane mode too, because most of my macros are using this functions. One of them don't used neither of that functions, but used UI interaction and email sending.
