tenho uma macro que me avisa quando algum pix cai na minha conta e queria uma forma de pegar o nome da pessoa que me inveja o pix mas não sei como alguém pode me ajudar?

It depends on how this notification looks like exactly.
There is a chance name is in notification title, then you use action: set variable - string - you click [...] button and select notification title with a trigger notification received.
If it appears in notification text then you use the same action but select notification text but later you need to use text manipulation action to get rid of everything that you don't need. And here again - depending on how notification look like the easiest way might be option 'remove text' since probably the name is only thing that changes.
For exemple: Name sent you a message.
Remove: sent you a message.
And you will have the name saved in variable.

Based on macro I still can't tell how entire notification looks like, unless I missed something.
I'd recommend posting exemple here. You can change any personal data that this notification contains to other words.

There's nothing personal here in the macro, I just took one that had the notification received trigger and set it to search for nubank

You could add set variable - create new integer variable - +1 to your macro.
Each time macro triggers it would add +1 to its value indicating how many times it did run
