Hello all!
Without getting into too much detail I'm really impressed with this app and also the amount of macros the community has made truely has helped me in many different ways! This truely surpasses any accessibility functions I have encountered!
I don't know if this is allowed or if this is the right thread but I'm not a computer savy person at all and thus I want to know if this is possible and if it is if someone could write this macro for me:
Basically I want to press a button on my phone (be it volume up/down or the power button) in order to turn this macro on and another one to turn it off.
Now when it's turned on I'd like anytime I touch my screen it instead clicks in a specific place (something about x and y coordinates but I can figure that out on my own) that's the reason I need to be able to enable and disable it with a button since when it's enabled it will only click that specific spot.
I'm really hoping this could be a reality, I'm getting the pro version of Macrodroid if that helps but there will undoubtly be more macros that will help me in the future!

Great! Thank you so very much! So there IS a way to use the buttons to enable it! That's step one.
Now step two: How can we do it so if I touch anywhere on the screen when the macro is active that it instead will click on a specific x y coordinate?

Hello,

I have this in the past for Pokemon GO. For fighting in raids, that it automaticly taps on the screen. And after the raid, I disabled it with volume buttons. Now you need to find the coordinates by unlocking developer mode on your phone and switch on "showing coordinates on screen" (or similar)

Hope it helps. :)

Settings -> Additional settings -> Developer options - > (Input) Pointer location. There is also a button when setting the coordinates named Toggle touch location overlay that toggles the overlay temporarily.

Thanks a lot for everyone's input! I do believe we're almost there but we're still missing that final part of wherever is being tapped/clicked will instead click x and y coordinates, I did find the option to have a floating button but that is too small, maybe the developer might be able to add this or enable a setting to do so: I know I can set the transparancy and the location/size; Might there be an option to just make the button take up the ENTIRE screen and then set it to 100% transparancy? This way no matter where I'll touch the screen I'll touch the button which will then tap/click a specific place or is that impossible to achieve because it will basically cause an infinite loop? I'd love to hear about this option!

I don't think that's possible
Even if you get a "button" that fits the hole screen (if something exists), when it's activated it would just click itself, no matter what xy coordinates you choose it would "hit" itself, if you know what I mean
