Problem with Accessibility

Hi,
I'm running macrodroid under Android version 13 on a vivoY52 5G. My macro requires the 'Press Back Button', so 'Accessibility' permission is required. I granted this permission and could store the macro without any problem.
But after a while I received messages from macro android like 'Press Back Button Accessibility Required'. In the settings I can see, that the permissions concerning 'Accessibility' have been removed automatically somehow.
I already followed the instructions concerning troble shooting, without any success.
Any ideas how to solve the problem?

Please take a look at the keep accessibility services alive section within the MacroDroid settings.
