Are you sure it's not because of a macro ? Try doing the same, disabling MD and seeing if they reappear after the duration you think.

I'm sure. It can't be that a macro adds 13 entries. With macrodroid disabled they didn't come back, but after a while I enabled it they returned

That could still be a macro.
Look in the system log for entries or lack of entries of a macro running and creating these entries.
Look at the dictionary in the variable list. That will show which macros include it. Try disabling all of the the macros with the dictionary variable included.
Do the entries reappear?
If so, try uninstalling MD, reinstalling and trying again. Before doing this power off your phone and turn back on. This will reset the OS, in case that's causing the problem
If not, enable each macro in turn, checking for the created entries after each macro in turn. This method should find the rouge macro.
