I set up MD to automatically answer on incoming SMS. It hasn't react on a single message. I tried multiple different commands (my commands, such as #help or #call-me) and different numbers.

Could you provide screenshot of macrodroid logs after receiving message with text that should fire a macro? Please remember to change macrodroid's language to english before taking screenshot.
It might be lack of some permission cause I use macros like that to remotly control my other devices and all of these macros work perfectly

Your phone might be using RCS, make sure to disable that in your SMS app or use the notification trigger.
Doesn't work with notifications either as far as I know. Will try it, but I think I already tried it.
Will try it without RCS now, as it was enabled.
Worked with RCS disabled when I sent it to myself with the same phone. Didn't work with messages from others though.
Are you sure you have disabled RCS for all messages?
