Subscription is empty in Template store

All of sudden, i noticed everything is empty in my subscription list.

Why is it happening?
Something happened?
Is there any way to recover my list for Macros and Users?

I noticed my account was logged out, and I logged in and found this.

I imagine it is not properly saved after you log out.
