re you using a Shake Device trigger ? As I know, it makes the phone vibrate.

Thanks for your reply, Endercraft!
To answer your question, no, I'm not using a Shake Device. I'm simply changing the volume using the Volume Change action.

Doesn't happen on my phone (TCL running Android 11), when I change volume via a MacroDroid macro. I change both ringer and media volumes in different macros...
Are you sure the macro doesn't include any vibration actions? (had to ask)
If not, you could try:
  • Disabling vibration before executing the volume-change action, and re-enabling afterwards
  • Using the Volume Up/Down action instead of volume change (Volume Up/Down simulates the volume buttons on the phone, so you'll want to be in the right context before using this action, meaning, be on the hone screen to change ringer level, or in a media app to change the media level, etc.)
  • Change volume(s) using the System Setting action
