Apologies, the reliability of the server has not been good enough lately. I have made what I hope are some small improvements that should help (but I'm not a server guy so it's difficult to be sure).
I have some long term plans for the future to restructure the webhook server to improve the situation and I will be monitoring more closely in the mean time.

Whenever i open the webhook url, it displays 'ok' but the macro is never triggered on my phone. I have Nothing phone(1) with android 13. and google services are also there. i have disabled battery optimizations for macrodroid and md helper. Please Help

The OK indicates that the server accepts that the id is valid and has sent a push notification to what it believes is the linked cloud messaging address. I guess somehow the values may have become out of sync in the database?
As a first step I would suggest you backup your macros and then clear all the application data and restore your macros. This should result in the generation of a new id that you can use in your webhook.

I imagine this can happen with stolen copies.
Also, when you use webhooks for the first time, it may be very slow ; the first time I tried webhooks it took hours then as time went on and I used it more and more it was faster, until it took less than a second.
